Privacy Policy
Last updated September 25, 2026
The short version: Oh H***! doesn't collect, share or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. Your games stay on your own device.
This policy covers the Oh H***! scorecard app for Android and iOS, and the web version at this site. It explains what information the app handles and where it's kept.
Information the app stores
To keep score, the app saves:
- the player names you enter,
- the game in progress (bids, tricks, scores and settings), and
- the list of players from your last game, so you can start the next one quickly.
This information is saved only on your device. In the Android and iOS apps it's kept in the app's private storage. On the web it's kept in your browser's local storage for this site. It's never sent to us or anyone else, and we can't see it.
Information we don't collect
The app has no sign-in and no server of its own. It doesn't use analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking tools. It doesn't access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.
The web version
Like any website, loading the web version means your browser connects to servers that handle standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type:
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Google's Firebase Hosting, which may keep standard server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- App engine and fonts. The web app downloads parts of the Flutter framework and fallback fonts from Google's servers (gstatic.com).
We don't use these services to identify or track you, and we don't receive your game data through them. Google handles this information under the Google Privacy Policy.
The site doesn't set cookies. The local storage it uses holds only your saved game and roster.
Deleting your data
- To delete the saved game, discard or end it in the app.
- Uninstalling the Android or iOS app deletes everything it stored.
- On the web, clearing this site's data in your browser settings deletes everything the site stored.
Contacting us
If you choose to email feedback from the app's About screen, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, and we don't share it.
Children
The app doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
